The Complexity of Life consortium investigates complex living interaction networks. By understanding complexity and interactions within and between components of living systems, we are preparing for future changes in the biosphere and sociosphere. The applied methodology includes optimization, decision theory, game theory, network theory, systems analysis, simulation and other computational methods.
Courses
The course consists of a series of seminars given by the students on their ongoing research. The presentations are followed by scientific discussions on the topic of the seminar.
The Doctoral Academy Graz supports PhD students with a tailor-made range of courses to gain relevant qualifications for successful international research careers.
